The main part of teaching is planning your workshops and
making sure everything goes to plan or you have a backup plan in case something
does go wrong. There are many different parts to planning that I didn’t know
such as to every hour you teach there should be an hour of planning behind it.
With planning I found it hard to break down how long each active should take
because everyone is different and people react to actives in different ways.
That’s why were learnt and discussed what ways you can take to influence your
planning. By breaking planning down I was able to reflect more on about the way
of teaching.
